Here’s the best way to setup up an unloader for a pressure washer in my opinion. We believe in block mounting an unloader off the pump with prolong the life of your pressure washer by minimizing the vibration and wear. This is a soft release unloader. No jump when you pull the trigger. These custom built pressure washers will be used on your pressure washing truck skids and trailers. We believe in the end, the quality outweighs the shallow savings. * We use 316 stainless hardware and aircraft grade aluminum. * We use dual control pumps instead of the typical pumps.  * We use true chemical resistent hose reels that are full frame aluminum with stainless manifolds and swivels. * Highest quality plumbing. We will see high quality names like Banjo, Kuri Tec, Dixon, and Tiger Flex on our builds. There are knockoffs and cheaper options but long term those options will cost you down the road. * Our wiring and electrical is excessive. This is one area where it doesn't pay to cut corners and skimp. This is a common fail point for many budget priced or home built equipment. We use heavy duty USA marine grade chemical resistent wiring. The wiring is UL compliant and does not contain fillers that is commonly found in cheap auto store or box store over the shelf wiring. We use pure copper strand wiring. All connections are pure tinned copper to reduce corosion and conduct current better. We also use authenic heavy jacket 3M sealing heat shrink tubing that keeps all connections sealed and free of chemicals. Lastly we use USA made fuse holders and fuses. I know that I may have bored you with misc that no one usally cares about until the sale is a year down the road and things start to fail. The details matter. This video covers general usage of the FlowPro Solutions downstream system. This system is installed on our Ultimate Mini pressure washing skid. Downstreaming uses the pressure washer volume to apply a small dilution of soft wash solution. You must have it setup properly for this system to work. The injector will not pull if you are not running the right injector or nozzle. Downstream injectors do not last forever. This is a throw away item. We suggest having an extra complete with quick connects on your truck ready to go. Rinsing thoroughly will help prolong the life of your injector. Here’s a quick run through on how to use our Pro Mixer XL soft wash mixer. This is used our our pressure washing skids and trailers. One additional thing to mention, it’s imperative to fully rinse out your soft wash system. We recommend after the bleach has ran out of the lines, to let the soft wash gun run into the buffer tank for about ten minutes. You could be wrapping up the last few details of your job while your soft wash system circulates water to fully rinse out the system.
